Le Monde Béryl accepts returns on all unworn, pristine items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging with all protective films intact. Please note that bespoke or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the footwear in its original dust bag and branded box, ensuring the soles are protected and the package is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and quality-checked at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
